Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OmniScout, operated by Kaada Nordic MarTech, Oslo, Norway. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your Account

  • You must be 18 or older to use OmniScout.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
  • You may not share your account with others.
  • You agree to provide accurate information when registering.

2. Acceptable Use

  • Use OmniScout only for legitimate business prospecting and outreach.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and local email regulations.
  • Do not use the platform to harass, spam, or deceive businesses.
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform.
  • Do not resell, sublicense, or share access to the platform with third parties.

3. Lead Data and Third-Party Sources

Lead data is sourced from Google Places API and public website information. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this data. You are responsible for verifying information before acting on it and for complying with any applicable data protection laws when contacting businesses.

4. Commercial License

  • Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license to use OmniScout for your own business — prospecting, audits, reports, and outreach for your clients.
  • You may brand the reports you generate with your own logo and company details.
  • You may not resell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise provide access to the platform to any third party.
  • The platform, its software, and all underlying technology remain the exclusive property of Kaada Nordic MarTech. You may not represent OmniScout or Kaada Nordic MarTech as your own product or company.

5. Plans and Billing

  • Plans are billed monthly in euros (EUR). VAT may apply depending on your location.
  • You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
  • No refunds for partial billing periods, but you retain access until the end of the period you paid for.
  • We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers keep their current rate for the current billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

OmniScout, its code, design, and brand are the property of Kaada Nordic MarTech. Your uploaded branding assets (logos, colors, domain) remain yours. Lead data and audit results you generate are yours to use and export.

7. Disclaimer

OmniScout is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that lead data, audit findings, or AI-generated outreach will be accurate, complete, or effective. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before sending it to prospects.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaada Nordic MarTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of OmniScout. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

You can cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Oslo, Norway.
