Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OmniScout, operated by Kaada Nordic MarTech, org. no. 936 289 835, Ytre Eiganesveien 13, 4022 Stavanger, Norway. By starting a trial, creating an account, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your Account

  • You must be 18 or older to use OmniScout.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
  • You may not share your account with others.
  • You agree to provide accurate information when registering and purchasing.

2. Trial, Plans and Billing

  • New customers start with a €1 trial giving full access for 7 days. On day 8 the first monthly subscription payment is charged automatically unless the subscription is cancelled before then. There is no setup fee.
  • Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan (Starter €49/month or Pro €97/month) renews automatically each month.
  • Plans are billed monthly in euros (EUR). Excl. VAT/MVA — none added while we are not registered.
  • You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the self-service billing portal. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
  • No refunds for partial billing periods, but you retain access until the end of the period you paid for.
  • We provide at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices or material renewal terms. Existing subscribers keep their current rate for the current billing cycle.

3. Acceptable Use

  • Use OmniScout only for legitimate business prospecting and outreach.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and local email regulations.
  • Do not use the platform to harass, spam, or deceive businesses.
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform.
  • Do not resell, sublicense, or share access to the platform with third parties.

4. Lead Data and Third-Party Sources

OmniScout analyses publicly available business information (website, Google Business Profile, public advertising). It does not identify individual website visitors. Audit scores are indicative, based on public signals at the time of the scan. Accuracy, completeness, rankings, leads, revenue and other results are monitored, not guaranteed. You are responsible for verifying information before acting on it and may contact only business contacts who have opted in or your own agency users.

5. Commercial License

  • Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license to use OmniScout for your own business — prospecting, audits, reports, and outreach for your clients.
  • You may brand the reports you generate with your own logo and company details.
  • You may not resell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise provide access to the platform to any third party.
  • The platform, its software, and all underlying technology remain the exclusive property of Kaada Nordic MarTech. You may not represent OmniScout or Kaada Nordic MarTech as your own product or company.

6. Intellectual Property

OmniScout, its code, design, and brand are the property of Kaada Nordic MarTech. Your uploaded branding assets (logos, colors, domain) remain yours. Lead data and audit results you generate are yours to use and export.

7. Disclaimer

OmniScout is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that lead data, audit findings, or AI-generated outreach will be accurate, complete, or effective. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before sending it to prospects.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaada Nordic MarTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of OmniScout. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days, except billing records we must retain by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Stavanger, Norway.
